I firmly believe that our natural state is one of balance and harmony. It requires effort at times, but we possess the capacity to recalibrate.
Every now and then, we might lose focus, wander off the path and need some assistance to regain control. In my professional journey, I’m consistently moved by the trust and vulnerability of my clients. Asking for help takes courage, and they’ve got my utmost respect and undivided attention.

What happens during a counseling session?
In a counseling session, we create a space to explore your challenges in a reassuring and safe environment.
Through our conversations, we uncover your strengths and resources, enhance coping strategies, and delve into the past to shed light on the present. It’s a journey of understanding and building upon past experiences.

About me
In 2007, I earned my Masters in Psychology from Eötvös Lóránd University. After immersing myself in the competitive realms of HR, relocation, recruitments, and process improvement for several years, I circled back to my roots in psychology and consultancy.
Discovering the intricacies of schema therapy has been a game-changer, both professionally and in my daily life. The framework of schemas and schema modes simplifies problem conceptualization, providing clear guidelines and recognizable signs. It not only explains our actions in specific situations but, more crucially, over time, enables us to navigate our intense emotions (or their absence) in challenging moments and identify our true needs.
